The Story Of Twilight and Punaga Beach

His name is "Punaga Beach". Beautiful beach that hidden more or less 80km in the south of the city of Makassar. More Precisely in Punaga Village, Cikoang urban Village, Takalar, South Sulawesi. I say "hidden" because it is a natural beach with cliffs that surround and marine life that has not been touched by the hands of irresponsible. To find this beach, we have a lot to ask people around because there are no markers or place name board before entering the to beach location.

Talking about facilities, this beach has stood several inns 500k price range for a night. The condition of the water at the beach is quite clear, complete with white sand that adds to its beauty. On the beach we can do activities such as swimming and snorkeling but still have to be careful because a lot of rocks are slippery and sharp. Punaga beach scenery is almost similar to the Tanah Lot in Bali. So who are planning a wedding, the location is also very fit if you want to be used as a pre wedding photo shoot location.

By the way, to enter Punaga Beach area is not in the entrance fee charged or free. That's because the beach is still free from local tax and exclude the official tourist areas in regency of Takalar. However, due to lack of attention by the local government makes Punaga beach still undiscovered and not maintained. It is seen from the severity of access road and the low quality life of people around in this Punaga village.Government should be more sensitive in terms of developing this beach. On the other side, it will have a positive impact on the surrounding community also in economic terms. And I think one day, Punaga beach will be  able to be aligned with other tourist areas.
